Perforated Metal Order Specifications

  • The hole diameter should always be larger than the thickness of the material.
  • Make sure the hole diameter is at least 2:1 with the material.
  • Distortion can be a problem with high percentages of open area.
  • The bridge should equal material thickness.
  • Submit a sketch or print.
