American Metal Perforating offers a variety of steel thicknesses ranging from 7 Gauge - 28 Gauge. In addition, a wide range of perforating patterns is available with open areas ranging from 3% to 63%. An assortment of materials can be used to meet your needs, including Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Cold Rolled Steel, Hot Rolled Steel, Hot Dipped Galvanized, Electrogalvanized, Galvannealed, and Brass.
American Metal Perforating will build custom dies to meet your exact specifications. Our presses can easily accommodate in-line operations if needed.
American Metal Perforating's hole size capability is 0.045" to 2.00", and widths up to 60" wide. We subscribe to all standard commercial tolerances established by the Industrial Perforators Association.
